When these have been identified, a specialized session that includes motivational building, mindfulness, self-talk, positive psychology, breathing techniques, mediation, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), visualization, and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) will be used to build and achieve your set goals.
